The Seattle Mariners and Kansas Royals played to an 8-8 stalemate in Peoria, Arizona, marking the first Mariners spring game not broadcast live this season. Fans could only follow the action through radio commentary of Rick Rizzs, Gary Hill Jr., and Charlie Furbush.

Bryan Woo made his 2026 debut, pitching 1.1 innings with 28 pitches. The right-hander threw primarily fastballs and a sweeper, striking out two batters without walking anyone. The game featured ten Mariners pitchers and endless mid-inning changes, with 12 of the 16 total runs scoring after the fifth inning.
