Rockford to Host 2027 Women's Baseball World Cup Finals

Rockford will host the World Baseball Softball Confederation Women's Baseball World Cup Finals in July 2027 at Rivets Stadium, following the Group Stage event in July 2026.

Rockford, Illinois will welcome the world's best women's baseball players for the World Baseball Softball Confederation Women's Baseball World Cup Finals from July 19-25, 2027. The city will also host the Group Stage in July 2026, marking the first time the event will be held in Illinois.

Japan has won the last seven World Cups, while Team USA claimed the first two titles in 2004 and 2006. Tickets for the events will be available soon, with the International Women's Baseball Center working on stadium renovations to accommodate the global competition.
