Connor McDavid has returned to practice with the Edmonton Oilers, skating with the team in Anaheim ahead of Wednesday's game against the Ducks. This marks his first time on the ice with the team since helping Canada to a silver medal at the Winter Olympics.
Both McDavid and Leon Draisaitl are expected to be in the lineup against the Ducks. McDavid had an impressive Olympic performance, leading the tournament in scoring with 13 points (2 goals, 11 assists), setting a record for most points in a single Olympic tournament with NHL participation. He was also named the tournament's MVP and best forward.
