Bengals Skip Tag on Hendrickson, Star DE Hits Free Agency

The Cincinnati Bengals have decided not to place a franchise tag on star defensive end Trey Hendrickson, making him an unrestricted free agent.

Hendrickson missed over half of the 2025 season due to injury, ending a five-year tenure in Cincinnati. The former All-Pro, who has recorded 81 sacks in his career, will now enter free agency after the team declined to extend his contract.
