49ers DT Davis Titans Free Agent Target

The Tennessee Titans may pursue San Francisco 49ers defensive tackle Kalia Davis in free agency after the 49ers declined to tender him as a restricted free agent.

According to Jordan Schultz, the 49ers will not tender Davis, making him an unrestricted free agent. Davis started all 17 regular-season games for San Francisco in 2025, setting career-highs in combined tackles (28), tackles for loss (four), batted balls (three), and quarterback hits (two).

The Titans need defensive line depth after trading T'Vondre Sweat and with Sebastian Joseph-Day and James Lynch also hitting free agency. Davis could be an affordable option who provided solid production for the injury-riddled 49ers defense.
