The leak, posted by ESPN’s Kalyn Kahler, shows the letter grades for every team on categories such as treatment of families, locker room, training staff, and head coach. The grades were compiled from responses by 1,759 players surveyed between November 2 and December 11.
An arbitrator earlier this month ruled that the NFLPA could not publish the cards publicly, but could share them with players. The new 2026 categories include home game field, position coaches, the three coordinators, and General Manager.
