Austin girls knocked out of tournament by Raiders

Feb. 25— The No. 6 seeded Austin girls basketball had its season end in a 74-44 loss to No. 3 Northfield (22-5 overall) in a Section 1AAA Quarterfinal in Northfield Wednesday.

Gracie Arndt scored 13 points for Austin.

The Packers (5-22 overall) started out strong as they led 8-7 early on and Nora Sand hit a three to tie the game at 11 for the Packers, but the Raiders scored the next eight points.
