Mississippi State quarterback Kamario Taylor is "day to day" after leaving Saturday's loss to Alabama with a right leg injury.

Coach Jeff Lebby said Taylor was wearing a walking boot and exited the game early in the fourth quarter. The sophomore signal-caller completed 19 of 34 passes for 258 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions.

He finished with negative rushing yards due to five sacks. The Bulldogs host No. 11 LSU next weekend. afnews.co.za
