Published September 29, 2026 · Updated September 29, 2026 · Mundo Deportivo

Roberto Fernández's debut with the Spanish national team has been postponed. The Andalusian forward earned his first call-up from Luis de la Fuente following a prolific start to the season, yet he remains on the bench for the upcoming international break.

Roberto Fernández did not appear in either match against England at Wembley or Croatia at La Cartuja. He remained in the squad but was an unused substitute in both fixtures, leaving his debut to continue waiting. forestarrow.rest
