The Seattle Seahawks started the 2025 season with a 13-10 victory over the New England Patriots, overcoming early struggles to secure the win on their Super Bowl LX banner night.

Seattle's defense engineered by Mike Macdonald held the Patriots to just 10 points, forcing three interceptions from rookie quarterback Drake Maye. Maye threw multiple picks in the fourth quarter, including a game-sealing interception by Josh Jobe, as the Seahawks rallied for 13 unanswered points.

With the win, the Seahawks begin the 2025 season 1-0, though their hopes were dampened by a hip injury to starting quarterback Sam Darnold. umafrika.club
