Duke freshman Cameron Boozer is the betting favorite to win the Naismith National Player of the Year award after a strong performance against Michigan.
If successful, Boozer would become only the fifth freshman in history to claim the honor, making him and Cooper Flagg the first duo from the same school to win consecutively.
