No. 7 Purdue emphatically ended their two-game losing streak against Indiana by scoring their highest point total in the series since 1998 and achieving their largest victory margin since 1969. Fletcher Loyer and Omer Mayer each added 18 points as Purdue's three senior starters combined to lead the wire-to-wire victory.
Lamar Wilkerson scored 20 points for Indiana, which lost its second straight game to a top-10 team. The Hoosiers struggled against Purdue's size and never found offensive rhythm in the blowout loss.
