Blue Jays: Vlad Leadership, Clark Resigns

Toronto Blue Jays manager John Schneider highlighted Vladimir Guerrero Jr.'s growing leadership role this spring. Separately, Tony Clark resigned as MLB Players Association executive director amid allegations of misappropriating licensing funds.

Manager John Schneider indicated Guerrero Jr. will step up as a clubhouse leader following Bo Bichette's departure. The rotation looks to improve with the additions of Cody Ponce and Garrett Cecch, alongside Kevin Gausman.

The first spring game is scheduled for Saturday against the Phillies. The Blue Jays also saw prospect Kazuma Okamoto hit a home run during batting practice.
