The Cleveland Browns defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers 27-24 on Thursday Night Football, with kicker Andre Szmyt hitting a 56-yard field goal with 10 seconds remaining for the game-winner.

Deshaun Watson played a strong game for Cleveland, completing 24-of-33 passes for 268 yards with a touchdown and an interception. The Browns moved to 3-1, briefly taking sole possession of first place in the AFC North.

Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers had a chance to tie the game late but was intercepted by safety Grant Delpit at the Cleveland 18-yard line. The Browns' victory came despite a controversial overturned pass interference call in the fourth quarter that resulted in a 42-yard penalty. mchezo.co.za
