Jalen Coker, Monroe Freeling Return to Panthers Practice

Jalen Coker returned to Panthers practice as a limited participant with a quad injury, while Monroe Freeling progressed through concussion protocol.

Wide receiver Jalen Coker was back on the practice field for the Panthers on Thursday, listed as a limited participant with the quad injury he suffered in Week 3. Coker was called questionable to play earlier in the week, and the Panthers will issue an official injury designation on Friday.

Right tackle Monroe Freeling also returned to practice as a limited participant while working through concussion protocol. The Panthers will need him cleared to face the Lions on Sunday night. Tight end Darren Waller and running back Chuba Hubbard also returned to action after resting on Wednesday, while wide receiver Xavier Legette (knee) and guard Damien Lewis (elbow) remained out of practice. rocore.sbs
