Vikings Lead 17-10 Despite Jefferson Injury

The Vikings took a 17-10 halftime lead over the Buccaneers despite losing star receiver Justin Jefferson to an ankle injury in the first quarter.

With Jefferson sidelined, Jordan Addison stepped up for Minnesota, catching a 30-yard pass and then a 41-yard touchdown from Kyler Murray to give the Vikings the lead. Jefferson is questionable to return after leaving the game early in the first quarter.

The Bucs, who lost Jalen McMillan to a knee injury that's been ruled out, could use a similar performance from someone on their roster if they hope to pick up their first win of the season. djcc.club
