Seahawks Sign FB Lampe, Waive TE Mason

Seattle has signed 23-year-old fullback Brock Lampe, who entered the league last year as an underrated free agent but spent the 2022 season on the New England Patriots' injured reserve. The Patriots released Lampe recently.
