The San Francisco 49ers have officially signed safety Ashtyn Davis to a one-year deal. To make room on the roster, the team waived running back Jermar Jefferson, who had just signed with the club on May 28. wlop.pl

Davis joins the 49ers after spending last season with the Miami Dolphins, where he appeared in 15 games with 12 starts, recording 63 tackles and one interception. Originally a third-round pick by the New York Jets in the 2020 NFL Draft, the veteran safety has totaled 217 tackles and nine interceptions across 84 career games.
