The Vikings revealed their full coaching staff on Tuesday, led by head coach Kevin O'Connell. Among the staff changes, Josh McCown takes on the role of pass game coordinator, while Mike Siravo adds a senior defensive assistant title.
New additions to the staff include offensive quality control coach Kyle Caskey, assistant special teams coach Chili Davis, and defensive assistant Will Johnson. Several other coaches also received new titles as the Vikings prepare for the 2026 season.
