Steiner Explains MotoGP's Fixed-Fee Model

Guenther Steiner has clarified why MotoGP's fixed-fee structure with manufacturers will continue despite demands for profit sharing in the upcoming 2027-2031 contract.

The MotoGP Sports Entertainment Group, in agreement with all five bike brands including Ducati, Aprilia, KTM, Honda and Yamaha, finalized a new commercial contract for 2027-2031. Despite manufacturers pushing for profit sharing, Steiner explained why the fixed-fee arrangement will continue.
