Fofana and Hannibal subjected to racist abuse after Chelsea-Burnley draw

Chelsea centre-back Wesley Fofana highlighted some of the racist abuse he received on Instagram after the Blues' draw with Burnley, with Clarets midfielder Hannibal also subject to racist abuse.
